Scope of Service

I am a Chinese-speaking private guide (the studio's sole operator), not a travel agency. There are only two chargeable items: the guiding service fee (charged per day, including itinerary suggestions) and the travel photography service fee (half-day shoot / full-day shoot / multi-location shoot planning). You book flights and hotels independently — I provide a custom written and photo itinerary guide for reference only, and do not take part in the booking process or collect or forward payment on your behalf. For car arrangements, I help connect you with a licensed charter company; you contract and settle payment directly with that company, and I accompany you in the car throughout.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• Once the service plan and dates are confirmed, a portion of the service fee is required as a deposit to secure the booking dates; payment of the deposit is considered confirmation of the service arrangement, and both parties sign an electronic service agreement.
• If you request an itinerary change well in advance of your travel dates, the dates can be rescheduled by mutual agreement; if the cancellation happens close to the travel dates, or the trip cannot proceed for reasons on the client's side, the deposit is refunded according to the ratio set out in the agreement — the exact ratio will be confirmed with you item by item before the agreement is signed.
• If travel becomes impossible due to force majeure (natural disasters, sudden public health emergencies, mass flight cancellations, etc.), both parties will agree on a postponement or settle the refund based on costs actually incurred.

Liability Disclaimer

• Bookings such as flights and hotels are completed independently by the client, who enters into a contractual relationship directly with the relevant platform or merchant; I am not responsible for the service quality or cancellation policy of any third-party booking platform or merchant.
• The car arrangement is provided by a licensed charter company; the client contracts and settles payment directly with that company, and I bear no joint liability for the charter company's operations.
• For itinerary delays, cancellations, or losses caused by force majeure, sudden public health emergencies, natural disasters, or other causes not attributable to the operator's fault, I bear no liability for compensation, but I will assist the client in working out follow-up arrangements.
• Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance on their own before departure, to cover any accidents or losses that may occur during the trip.
