幽境 YUGEN JOURNEY— Private Guide to Japan's Hidden Corners
Personally led by the founder-guide, each journey serves just one group. Routes, pacing, and photo stops are shaped around whoever is traveling this time — never a fixed departure schedule.
- A private guide studio: one journey, one group.
- Not a travel agency: no fixed departure dates or package tours for sale.
- Not a booking platform: you book flights and hotels on your own — I do not collect or forward payment on your behalf.
A private guide, doing just three things

Itinerary Design

Chinese-Speaking Companion
A Chinese-speaking guide accompanies you throughout — transit connections, local communication, and on-the-spot adjustments are all handled for you.

Professional Portrait Photography
With intimate knowledge of local light and vantage points, portrait photography is woven into the journey as it unfolds.

Founder
I am the founder of YUGEN JOURNEY, a Chinese-speaking guide for over a decade, and most of these routes I discovered on foot myself. I take only one group per journey, because I want the timing of a view or a photograph to answer to the weather and the light — not to a departure schedule. You arrange your own flights and hotels; the guiding, interpreting, and photography along the way are mine to handle.
What Guests Say
「We never had to worry about language or logistics the whole way — the kids had a wonderful time, and the photos turned out beautifully.」
「Our guide had a real eye for angles — the shots by the Azusa River came out far better than anything we could have taken ourselves.」
